My husband and I are so thankful for Dr. Bay! We adopted our special needs son and went to John Hopkins recently to have him looked at by different specialists. When we adopted him, we were told he had Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and never questioned it, but after looking him over, Dr. Bay had reason to believe he had a genetic abnormality so she ordered up a genetic test on him. It turns out she was right and we now have the proper diagnosis for our son. She was very professional and nice.
