had been searching a year for the right doctor. After one failed surgery I was very skeptical about having a ACDR. Untill I met Dr Alam. I believe that it is just as important to know who a doctor is as oppose to what he does and his education. I was impressed by both. Time Time Time. Is the best gift any human being can be given. Dr. Milad Alam and his team have been absolutely amazing. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain his plan of care as well as answer any questions or concerns I've had. Every person that you interact with, greets you with a smile, respect and professionalism. I immediately felt very confident and comfortable that I was in the best hands possible for my treatment and still continue to feel well cared for each time I return for my follow-up appointments. From the office staff when checking in, to the medical assistant that walks you to your room, the x-ray technician that takes you back for updated x-rays, the PA you may see before seeing Dr. Alam have to be by far the most oiled well machine I have ever experienced in my entire life dealing with medical staff. This also includes Dr. McMahon, who was referred for pain management, the surgical coordinator, the billing dept and the entire surgical team at the surgical center from the check-in desk, nurses to the anesthesiolo

Dr. Alam is a wonderful doctor. I was in a bad accident & he did my neck surgery. I am now 3 months post op. I have no neck pain & I have full use of my hand. I would highly recommend him!

Dr Alam operated on me Oct 8,2024. Fusion of L5-S1 vertebrae. I walked out of the hospital that afternoon and walked 1.5 miles the next day. Four days later, not even a bandaid on the two small incisions on my back. Two months later, I'm averaging 4 miles per day and on Level 2 of physical therapy. I interviewed 9 neurosurgeons, including the big names at nationally recognized hospitals before selecting Dr. Alam. He alone wanted a CT scan with contrast to pinpoint exactly where the nerve impingement was, and used the latest Minimally Invasive Surgical technique. I truly have been touched by the hands of God.

My husband and I were in a rear-end accident and I was referred to Multi-Care Medical because we both had injuries to our neck, my husband his shoulder and my lower back. We could not ask for a better staff that have worked on us to the road of recovery. Our neck required us to have surgery and we had the pleasure to have Dr. Milad Alam to do our surgeries. Dr. Alam is the most humble doctor to take care of us. He is very informative on his plan of care. He is not a doctor that will just walk into the room that will make you fell like he just rush you into something you don’t feel comfortable doing. I highly recommend Dr. Alam. He gave me the time I needed to understand my problem and answered all my questions regarding the procedure.Also, I am grateful that Dr. Alam and his physician assistant Margarita, addressed any issues I had during my hospital stay. The chronic lower back pain that was compromising my movements was immediately gone after surgery. Now I am in the recovery stage and Dr. Alam and Margarita continue to be patient and compassionate.

I started out with this journey of healing with Dr Alam and I must admit I am in the mist of post surgery. I am feeling better and better every day. I’m going on day two of not taking pain medicine and I can remember before seeing him in the different office visits. I was hurting and just wanted to pay to be over, Dr. Alam is one of God‘s angels sent on this earth that’s kind, compassionate, patient, and most of all amazing with his hands. When I had been forgotten by every other doctor, when living in misery and loss of limbs functionally, when hopelessness was on every horizon and feeling closer each week, I was referred by a friend in the healthcare industry to Dr Milad Alam of Florida Spine Associates in Boca Raton, FL.To say he is the best physician I've ever known is perhaps over simplifying an unprovable claim. However, from the very first visit he took ownership of my spinal issues and assured me he could help.He kept me informed, was flexible in approach and schedule, he was compassionate and confident in approach. These traits extended to EVERY member of his incredible, mind, and helpful staff at EVERY encounter.When I awoke from spine surgery my pain was gone; I could use my arms again. There was very little pain in the days after the surgery..The follow through of his care post-op is on par with the rest of my claims. I FULLY trust him to do the remainder of my spinal reconstruction.

You will not need to search hard on the internet to discover how impressively gifted Dr. Alam is or how fortunate we are that he came to live in South Florida. He has headed prestigious positions in the the field orthopedic spine surgery and played an integral role in developing an award winning highly precise robotic spinal surgery program (which I am currently benefiting from as you read this). What might be harder to discover amid his many accolades is how amazingly personable he is. There is no deficit in his empathy and genuine care. There was a bit of a maze tasks to navigate with my other doctors and insurance just to finally get cleared for lumbar surgery but through it I found that he is widely known and praised by many for his kindness, brilliance and skill. Also, don’t worry about that maze I just referred to, his assistant, Jodi, will work with you every step of that process. Add his very impressive PA, Ryan, and you have championship team.

Dr. Alam is extraordinarily talented, both in demeanor and in his skill as a surgeon. From day 1 prior to my surgery, he made me feel calm, informed, and ready. His credentials speak for themselves.
