No knowledge of any medical issues, I was misdiagnosed and caused serious health issues

Doesn’t even give you a diagnosis before prescribing pills and running out of the office. Then can’t get back in touch with her for any questions or issues.

She’s absolutely terrible. My dad has high blood pressure and cholesterol. A nurse came in before and told us how he has high blood pressure and cholesterol and then Milena comes in and she’s like “ Oh everything is looking good. “ I was like what do you mean? We just were told his BP is high. She doesn’t look at the chart before coming in. She’s clueless. Also, when we ask for referrals she doesn’t even send them, she says she does and DOESN’t and completely wastes our time. I called her so many times before to make sure the referral is there and she said she sent it, she didn’t, she wasted our time. Don’t go, go find a doctor who will listen and wont waste your time.

My health insurance plan requires a referral from primary provider to my Specialist. This office sent out referral with the wrong diagnosis code , my Specialist requested them to re send it corrected , Sanitas sent again with wrong code. This ridiculous scenario continued to happen for over 3 weeks !!! I had to call in almost every SINGLE DAY and the customer service kept telling me the same thing that the doctor was the one having the wrong code imputed. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!! That means that this doctor doesn’t read any papers or documents since she kept on inputting the wrong code over and over again. I never had to be so involved in having to tell people to do their job right! still didn’t get this issue resolved. Please don’t waste your time with this doctor or clinic, find a better option and save yourself the headaches in having.

She did not even assess me, she did not even touch me, refused to medically treat me, was very disrespectful for no reason, was very prejudice against my medical past, only offered to write a prescription for a medication i am allergic to....no compassion at all...the worst case of bedside manner i have seen in my entire life...had to get treated somewhere else where they properly diagnosed me and gave me proper prescriptions...this business should no longer be open

Dra. Milena Osorio-Smith is a caring provider who always considers the patient's comfort first. I was impressed with his caring, professional, and ability to actively listen to the patient's needs wants and desires before devising a plan for treatment. She doesn't treat people as a paycheck and takes the time to accurately and meticulously care for you while she's in her care, meets or exceeds their expectations. . Her care is the best and I'd highly recommend her.

I've been taking my parents w Dr. Osorio for last couple of months and she is wonderful. She is never in hurry, she listens to us carefully and every one else at the office is also wonderful.

Dr. Osorio is really nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and listens to what is wrong. I've only been a patient for a few months and I love coming here. All the staff is friendly as well! I would recommend to my family and friends!
