Pleasant Office Staff. Patients are seen on time. Dr Soderberg is thorough and thoughtful. Explains conditions and follows up with reading material.

This Dr. Knows everything and is kind as well

I usually have to wait a while after my appointment time but that is because Dr. Soderberg takes the time to listen and examine each patient. He is an excellent diagnostician.

I had my yearly exam to inspect me for cancer screening. Luckily I was cleared of any serious issues. The staff was professional.

Had some spots of concern and he said precancerous and froze them. The office and staff very efficient and caring. Will return next year for a check up.

PRO: Dr S is nice, cares, will remove immediately anything suspicious. Correctly diagnosed something another dermatologist missed. CONS: Dr S is a bit rough - like army medic. Make sure he numbs you enough. Nurse Cindy is excellent, other two could be more attentive. Twice I was almost given something to which I’m allergic - in my chart & portal. Office runs regularly about one hour behind schedule.

Showed up early for my first appointment, sat in the hall and waited to get checked in, everything seemed fine. Appointment was at 10:10am, which came and went. Twenty five minutes after my appointment, I went to the counter to find out how long it would be as I had to return to work. I was informed it would be at least another half hour. So they were already 1 hour behind at 10:00am and didn't even let me know. Was just letting me sit there in the hallway. I was so hoping this would work out, they were only a couple blocks from my house, I'm so disappointed.

Dr. Soderberg is very professional, and has treated my kerotosis for sometime now with excellent results.

I have been Dr. Soderberg’s patient for 15-20 years. He has removed various things from my skin including cancer. He works quickly and pleasantly. I am not a fan of visiting the doctor but I readily make an appointment with Dr. Soderberg and look forward to the visit.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Soderberg in my life for several decades helping me with skin issues. He is always very professional, patient, thorough & amazing at what he does! The office staff was very welcoming & friendly. The nurse was professional. However I do have a couple of concerns from my recent visit. I know he is busy & flies between patients all day. As a retired nurse, I notice the "little" things that make a difference & an impression. I also worry about infection & cross contamination. I did not see him wash his hands before he did my biopsy. He may have done this before coming into the room, but its reassuring to patients (now-a-days) to actually "observe" this action. Also, I was informed that someone would call me with results, but I had to call the office 8 days later to get them. When its a biopsy, I'm a little more anxious. It would be helpful to let a patient know a time frame for receiving results ie. "3-5 business days", to help alleviate any cause for concern.
