Everyone efficient competent friendly welcoming. Nurse listened to me thoroughly and let me tell all my concerns. Dr. Wallace was wonderful. Excellent bedside manner calmed encouraged gave me hope. AND he knew what was wrong with my knee by just feeling around all over it. Explained all in terms I could understand and took all the time I needed to process it all. Discussed different treatments & he and I together selected one. Dr. Walker administered treatment carefully compassionately & explained fully as he was doing it. He explained what I needed to do at home & encouraged me to contact him if I had ANY concerns. I walked out of the clinic feeling much better than when I walked in, both mentally and physically. My family who accompanied me agrees with this review 100% and we all are very thankful I was referred to Dr. Wallace.

I had a follow up appt. For my shoulder today with Dr. Wallace. I was seen early - Dr. Wallace and his nurse were very professional and pleasant. He went out of his way to have a shoulder specialist come in to see me and explain what they suggest (frozen shoulder). Dr. kidder and his burse were also very professional and pleasant. As far as doctor appointments go, it was a very good experience.

Really like Dr wallace he explain my problems. And most of all I understand what he was talking about.

Dr. Wallace covered a lot in a short amount of time and at the same did not rush me.

I broke my toe , he got me in the same day I didn’t have to wait long. He had a plan and I was out within 30 to 40 mins

Very easy to check in and extremely short wait. The weighting room was very clean and spacious. Dr. Wallace was on time and explained everything in terms I could easily understand and was very thorough. The staffing where very friendly and professional. I was in and out quickly and very satisfied with the whole experience.

Excellent visit. Wasn’t rushed, answered all questions without hesitation. Will recommend Dr Wallace to all I know when asked. Only negative. He would not share my pain! ????

Appt time was 9:55, not seen for over two hours.,had to retake xrays which should have been done when they realize that there was none from Dr who sent me to him.

My dad was a family doctor that used to deliver babies at the mothers' house even before it was mandatory that you go to an OBGYN. Dr. Wallace has that same bed side manner and really cares. I've had both hips replaced by him and will soon go back for another. Not his fault. I've worked too much and didn't take care of myself, but I'm dang sure going to him again. Great man.
