Dr. Min Win, MD

Dr. Win is highly educated , compassionate, and, actually cares about you. He saved my sons life on multiple occasions and I will be forever grateful. his accent is such a small hurdle to overcome, don't miss out on his quality of care

I WAS A LONG TME PATIENT OF THIS DR BUT ONCE HE MOVED ON HIS OWN IT WAS ALL BAD MY TIME WAS NOT RESPECTED , THE OFFICE STAFF IS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL NOT THE SAME PEOPLE QS BEFORE ,ESPECIALLY THE SO CALLED MANAGER IM VERY SURPRISED THIS DR WOULD ALLOW THIS SO ILL BE LOOKING FOR A BEETER GI THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HOW HIS PATIENDS

Extremely rude and unprofessional. the doctor is a great doctor and has great recommendations but it’s sad that his office is ran by a terrible office manager. Sandra was completely unprofessional and rude after rescheduling my moms appointment multiple times. I told her my moms appointment could not wait another 2 months, especially since this has been an error on her part. She got angry and raised her voice at me and told be my mom could but be seen until there was an authorization , so either way she would have to wait. I asked to speak yo the manager and she informed me (laughing) that she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused, she said she didn’t have to give me her name, and she hung up. I tried calling back, and she refused to take my calls. Great doctor, unfortunately, my moms care cannot be under the service of an unprofessional Clerical manager.

Like others mentioned, very unprofessional! Changes appointments and drags initial appointment to 7 months. Complete waste of time. The only process done in a timely manner was the billing process! They are quick to take your money.

I had an upper gi due to difficulty swallowing and pain in my stomach. While in recovery he comes and tells me there is nothing wrong and “to chew my food better.” Water gives me severe heartburn so I don’t know how I can “chew” that better. I’m literally in a large recovery room with many people and comes in and embarrasses me. Followed up with my primary care physician, who was horrified to hear his comment, and while looking at the pathology report it states there are cellular changes in my stomach and esophagus due to reactive gastropathy. Turns out I have bile backing up in my stomach and flowing up into my esophagus and this guy blames me for not chewing my food enough. The only time I saw him in person was in recovery. All of his appointments are over the phone, and his office staff is just as imcompetent. If you want to be treated with compassion, this is not the doctor or office staff for you.

Staff was very kind and helpful ! Dr Win was excellent ! He took the time to walk me through the steps so I knew what to expect . Thank you Dr Win

DR WIN IS AMAZING HE REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS . HE IS THE BEST IN FRESNO I WOULD NT GO TO ANYONE BUT HIM HE HAS KEPT ME AND MY FAMILY IN GOD HEALTH FOR YEARS DONT JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT GIVE HIS OFFICE A TRY AS FOR GISELLA OR CATHERINE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED HE IS A 5 STAR DOCTOR FOR SURE !!

He came to see me in the hospital for elevated liver enzymes. He showed up everyday while I was there. I made a follow-up appointment and he laid my fears to rest. He’s not very approachable but I can tell he cares.

Filing fraudulent insurance claims. On April 29th 2019, I Russell J. Larsen called the office of Dr. Min Soe Win License # A 92873 and spoke to his staff about an abscess causing me a great deal of pain. I asked if he could treat me at his office for this problem and if he could see me today. I was told he could if came in asap within 40 minutes or so, I arrived in less than one half hour. I filled out some forms and paid my copay, after a brief wait I was put in an exam/treatment room to see Dr. Min S. Win. I waited in that room while in a lot of pain for several minutes. Dr. Min S. Win entered the room and introduced himself, I introduced myself as well and stated my purpose of the visit was to be treated for the abscess. Dr. Min S. Win responded by stating he does not provide that service and that I should have gone to the local Emergency Room not his office. See full review on other websites.

Excellent Dr. I have an anxiety disorder and I have been putting off this procedure for over 2 years because when I get stressed or when I go under anesthesia, I always get so nauseated I vomit uncontrollably. I am very scared to go under anesthesia. Dr Win was amazing. Not only was he very knowledgeable but I really felt like he cared. He spent plenty of time with me and when I had more questions he was happy to spend additional time with me. He had my anxiety gone when they put me out.
