Not happy .
There were many things that I did not like about this provider. I will just share one of the multiple times I was disappointed. I told her that I thought my daughter's eye was kind of lazy. She said that she didn't see anything and said it was fine. I did not really trust it and took her to a specialist. She ended up needing glasses and does have a lazy eye. There were other times I was disappointed but I am choosing to not talk about them. Just don't go...

Dr. Lutts was awful. She was completely invalidating towards everything I am going through. I brought her a 4 page long list of symptoms and observations that I have made about myself, and research on what I was experiencing. She told me I just have anxiety. Unrelated to the problem I'm trying to be treated for, I have been experiencing panic attacks very regularly. I asked for something to help me come down from those, and she told me that I didn't need a medicine for those to take in the moment as an emergency. She said she wouldn't give me one because "you're a teacher and they will make you drowsy". I left having a panic attack because of being treated this way. Could've really used a come down aide from that. She gaslit me out of my symptoms and minimized them, making me feel stupid and silly for wanting help. This is the second Dr at this practice that has brushed my symptoms to the side. This is why so many people don't ask for help in the first place.

All the reviews about her being arrogant and unwilling to listen are true. She barely spends any time with you and is condescending towards almost anything you say. She refuses treatment due to her arrogance and "my way or the high way" attitude. The problems I've been seeing her for for years were all addressed and treated immediately when I went to a different doctor. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a doctor who actually cares and listens.

My son has ADHD, we went thru the whole assess for my son and psychologist recommended he be on meds. Went to Dr. Lutts to get prescription. She put him on Adderall. He took it and we went to a cub scout yard sale on a Saturday morning. During the sale he went unconscious and un responsive. Me along with other parents could not wake him up. Rushed him to the E.R. The doctor there told us not to give him any more. Dr. Lutts, didn't call back for a week and at appt, she didn't believe me.

Dr. Lutts is a very curt and inconsiderate woman. She is very stubborn, and treats issues as my way or the highway. She does not take the time to listen to her patients. I would never recommend her to my friends or family. She is the opposite of what a doctor should be! Ever since Dr. Walters left, the office has turned into shambles. I will be searching for a new family doctor shortly.

Dr. Lutts has a high level of caring for patient experience. She always spends the extra time needed to fully explain a medication or a diagnosis. She's never hasty when asked a million questions just so that I ( the patient) can better understand my diagnosis & or medication given. She's always smiling & has an upbeat attitude! I recommend her to all of my friends :)

Dr. Lutts is more thorough than my previous doctor. She also successfully got me away from a controlled substance I'd been on for years to a much better alternative.

Dr. Lutts has changed recently. Now that she runs the full practice without Dr. Walters, she no longer seems to listen to what I have to say and basically dismisses what I tell her. The last straw was when I explained that a specialist had cured my chronic pain after 6 years, something she could not do. When I told her what the doctor did for me, she rolled her eyes, shook her head and said that would never work. Well, Dr. Lutts, it did work. I will be looking for a new GP.
