The doctor did not did a good job at putting my worries at ease. It seemed like she had little concern for my pain. I asked about the course of treatment she recommended and she said it was difficult to diagnose due to phone appointment.

Dr. Nguyen helped me shift my perspective of my body and realize that nothing is wrong with my body. She also suggested a calories in calories out approach and doing strength training which was very helpful.

I didn't get any proper follow up nor treatment for my hurt ankle, I asked for a brace or something to support my swollen ankle but I didn't get it. I had to go to another health provider that gave me proper treatment and follow up.
