horrible, practice. never experienced this in my life.

Going to The Kaga Institute was a horrific experience. Dr Kaga burned half my face with a laser leaving me with permanent scars. She refused to refund me and could care less. She didn’t even do the correct procedure due to her lack of communication and care.

Impatient and no compassion and could not listen . Very rude

I had been to the hospital and was not feeling well. I was told to follow up with my primary care doctor. I called 4 times and asked if they could please fit me in. They said they would get back to me they never did. Finally after 2 weeks they call and leave a message on my phone saying they put me on the list if there are any cancellations. It’s been 2 months. They never called. I contacted them on their website. I was in tears as I wrote it. I told them I am not feeling well. Can someone please call me. No one ever called. She was my doctor for about 5 years. And that’s how you care for your patients??

Did not even introduce herself. Did not ask me any questions about symptoms, just ordered labs and when I said I wanted to tell her what was going on, she said, " go ahead while I write." Physical exam consisted of listening to the left side of my lungs, not even the right side (I was not having any shortness of breath). When I came back I saw the PA who spoke down to me and went on a long, lengthy explanation that made no sense. Probably fine for cosmetic visit, forget seeing them for any serious physical issues. Find a real physician. Place looks like a palace with "KG" initials displayed in every room. How self-serving is that?

Dr. Kaga is a caring and honest physician. She took her time with me and was very patient in answering all my questions. I went to her for an aesthetic procedure, and unlike other doctors that I have been to, she was very honest with me and did not try to influence me to do more than was necessary. Unfortunately, you do not find that kind of intergrity in many doctors today. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Kaga is my go-to! She is caring and kind while remaining professional and thorough. She has a crafter’s eye when it comes to aesthetics. I won’t trust anyone else. My skin has drastically improved since I first started seeing her, with her guidance in skincare alone! “Better Not Different” holds true here - she really enhances features and brings out the best version of you!
