DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR
In office the student working with dr Redleaf triggered the horrible symptoms I experience on a daily basis that I am desperately seeking help for and they did not even write down what they saw! Doctor Redleaf didn’t ask about my symptoms, or examine me herself when she came in. For your sake please avoid this cold, dismissive doctor. She didn’t even ask me questions about what the testing showed before saying she had no help or answers and sending me away. She spent less than 2 minutes in my room, in a huff, and then left. I am shocked and horrified. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR

Apathetic & Dismissive
Went through hours of testing in the morning and an exam with a resident which triggered odd symptoms that I have been trying to explain to doctors all year. The resident grabbed Redleaf to finish up the appointment. She walked in, asked two questions, and told me 'I cannot help you.' I understand not having all of the answers or only being able to rule things out, but the way she talked to me before abruptly walking out of the room as I cried was cold and apathetic. My partner tried asking a question, and Redleaf cut them off. She also argued with me over how long I had waited to schedule the appointment. On top of this, her summary notes are full of lines disputing things I said in her office and pointing out that I was wringing my hands and crying. Yes, doc...this is what patients do when they are very ill and have been looking for answers for months. She didn't even write down the episode her resident triggered with her testing. I guess she gets her paycheck either way, right?

I reached out to Dr. Redleaf to see if she does ear surgery due to an extensive wait with other surgeons in the area. She was honest and straight forward about my options and able to schedule much sooner.

Excellent knowledge and staff
Her staff covered the background testing and typical next steps, so when Dr. Redleaf discussed the results and next steps I understood. She was clear, direct and gave me the choice about additional testing. She advised me that the next test was medically unnecessary, but would have any concerns allayed by the likely result. She was correct. No tumor was was detected!
