Dr. Shwann was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. Very respectful to myself and my child. She explained everything so perfectly and I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

Where to start! Made a newborn apt for my 3 day old infant, the girl at the front had no idea what she was doing. She told me that insurances don't cover newborns for 30 days and I needed to pay out of pocket for my first visit, I told her that was untrue you have 30 days to add a newborn to your insurance. Long story short they would not see my baby until I Paid for a visit my insurance would pay for, I left shortly after and made an apt the same day at another dr office with no problems.
