Dr. Miroslav Nudelman, MD

I was referred to Dr. Nudelman when Dr. Binder retired and I am so grateful that he took over my care. I am always treated with professionalism and care. The pulmonary technicians are excellent and they explain every step of the testing with compassion and expertise. His medical assistant Elizabeth is excellent and attentive. Dr. Nudelman ordered a CT scan and Elizabeth obtained my authorized within a day, helping ease my concerns with my health. The front desk and phone staff is always pleasant and quick to respond. I am so grateful that I can continue to have high quality care. I highly recommend Dr. Nudelman and his staff.

I Had a terrible experience with Dr. Nudelman.. Call him on a Sunday regarding an asthma meds question and he was angry that He was woken up by my Call. He likes to sleep in!! He actually told me not to call at 7:30am! Very nasty. Leaving a message for a return call is impossible- Leaving an e mail is impossible since he in not listed. Maybe smoke signals will work. Terrible management. Looking for a new practice. What a shame since I've been a patient at this practice when it was Good!

Positive experiences with Dr. Nudelman and his staff. They have been helpful, he has been responsive to my concerns and has called my attention more than once to some issues of concern that I had not been aware of. He is a good, caring, responsive physician and I thought his staff was helpful and courteous. I have been seeing Dr. Nudelman for 13 years and our Dr/Patient relationship has always been positive. I travel from upstate NY to see him, he is that good.

Dr Nudelman saw my mother while she was in the hospital. Mismanaged her care in several critical ways. From medication to failure to monitor her vitals which made her condition more critical. However, he explained her condition and was always available for questions.

I overheard his secretary curse loudly about me & my daughter to another secretary & he did nothing about it. His office manager was a bully on the phone & I never got a phone call back from him. Even though this happened a while back, I tried to give him another chance. I made an appt, was promised a prescription before my appt, but did not get it. I saw him today and explained in detail how dissatisfied I was with his clerical staff but he did not care. I walked out & will never go back again!

He is an excellent Doctor. I just do not like to deal with the ladies who schedule the appointments. They have never been honest with me. They take my name and phone # to call back with a date for an appointment with Dr. Nudelman; but unfortunately, they never call back. Shame on them to lie like that to their patients. in the past I have been to Dr. Nudelman's office for only one time. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 4 weeks, but no luck.
