I will never recommend this doctor he doesn’t even know how to treat his patients with basic respect. We chose him as our primary care doctor, and on our very first visit, he acted in the most unprofessional way possible. Here’s some advice for him: at least have some self-respect and act like a doctor, not an immature child. When we arrived, we saw that they were having a meeting. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they kicked us out of the clinic, telling us we were 30 minutes early and had to wait outside in the sun. When we said we didn’t want to wait outside, we simply requested to reschedule our appointment for the following week. His team even confirmed that he was completely free all day on Fridays and Tuesdays. But instead of handling things professionally, the doctor personally came outside his clinic just to confront and threaten us for choosing not to wait. He told us, “If you cancel this appointment, I will no longer accept you as a patient. In fact, I’ll cancel your next week’s appointment too—go find a new doctor.” That’s not just unprofessional it’s downright ridiculous. I’ve never seen a doctor this childish, petty, and incompetent.

Dr. Saifi was very personable and interested in my health. Spent time discussing my issues and explained in detail why. I felt that he cared about me and wasn’t in a hurry. As a senior I appreciate the extra attention.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. When I came to see Dr. Saifi -the first and only time- I actually like him very much. His medical assistant Ian was very kind. However, I had an appointment scheduled to get a new birth control prescription since I had just run out. I got a voicemail the day of my appointment from a woman in the office named Kim. She told me that my appointment was cancelled by Dr. Saifi, since he could write me a prescription and send it to the pharm
