Did not listen
I went to see her for a low salt condition. Her recommended plan of care left me scratching my head as it didn't align with my lifestyle and current health practices. When she was describing the approach, I made a comment about one area and she looked at me like she was perturbed that I was interrupting her. Uh, its my body and my health. Shouldn't you listen.

I was rushed in and out. I've been dealing with reduced kidney function for several months now and I feel like I'm in it alone. I've called the office twice asking for information and can't even get a call back. I recently watched my primary care doctor send them the results of my most recent blood tests and they just told me they never received them. I literally watched the fax go out. I'm finding another kidney doctor.

The follow up is very poor. The nurse is inconsistent with her words and you have to double check. For a patient taking an appointment is a painful job. I wish them luck and that they change for the better

Dr. Zaheer is excellent she is aggressive and very proactive. I feel like for the first time someone is paying attention to my medical needs. However, the receptionist Connie is TERRIBLE. She’s rude and very rough. She must be miserable and it shows when she speaks. Everything that she says is inconsistent and you have to double check. Her follow through s poor. The first person who greets us this person and she needs 180 degree attitude change or find a job that makes her happy!
