I have been with Dr Perelman close to 30 years. He is very concerned about his patients (does not hesitate if a patient needs to go to a specialist to give referral. The staff is friendly.

I became Dr Perelmans patient in 2011. After having colonoscopy/endoscopy at hospital, I had to return 4 hrs later.Serious infection, caused during procedure by Dr David Hellman, referred by Perelman. Given antibiotics, sent home, instructions to get outpatient antibiotics 6 wks every Sunday. I continued to get worse. Saw Dr Perelman weekly for several weeks. He said he "did want want to give me more antibiotics. Finally, I went to the hospital, got my medical records, took them to Perelmans ofc. Had to see his associate, a woman. She looked at my records, after listening to me, said" Look, this is whats wrong with you"I had pneumonia in 2007, which Dr Perelman knew about. Because this went on so long, I have chronic bronchiatasis/ COPD. The infection I had went directly to my left lung, and stayed. This Dr put me on another drug, will be high risk for the rest of my life.DO NOT go to this doctor.

Scheduled an appointment for an Annual Physical, I get to the office and they tell me today is only to get to know the doctor. Fill out all their paperwork and then he walks in....noticed a pretty brusque attitude right away, said they don't do it that way and I would have to come back again for the actual physical..... don't go here and don't book that guy (only one available) his ratings are horrible.

I went to Dr. Perelman because I was trying to establish a pcp. I had my appointment set and today I went to see him. He walked in the door, sat at his computer and said I’m not prescribing any of these meds you’re on (none of them are controlled substances). I asked why and he said “I’m just not doing it sorry”. He then asked why I was on finasteride as it is for prostate health. I said at low doses it’s used for hair regeneration and he said “no it isn’t.” At that moment I knew this guy was a total jabroni. I should’ve researched him beforehand. If I knew that this guy obtained his MD from a school in Mexico because he couldn’t get into an American medical school I would’ve never went to him. His lack of knowledge is mind blowing. I understand if you don’t wanna rx meds it’s your practice you can do what you want, but at least have the receptionist check what meds you’re on and check w dr before scheduling the appointment. I left work early today only to have my time wasted

This place is the worst medical facility -- if you can even call it that -- I've ever encountered. You can't get through, if you leave a voice message no one will ever call you back. Met Perelman once very briefly. His only concern was to have me switch insurance carriers to Humana. Didn't set me up for a physical, didn't examine me, didn't care one way or the other... you'd be better served walking in to any random veterinary clinic.

I was misdiagnosed for a cold when I had the flu when I was within the period of starting something for the flu. They didn't even do a swab test even though I told them I had the flu and it wasn't a cold. A trip to the ER later, and it's the flu. Now I have to suffer it out and I have another bill to pay. Also Dr. Perelman has been my primary care physician for 1-2 years and I've never even met him! They always stick me with the nurse practitioner. I don't feel like he cares about his patients
