Dr. Mitul Sheera, MD

Seen about a hip injury. Ended up prescribing me a medication which isn't supposed to be prescribed to people with one of my conditions despite letting him know, and a second medication that I said I couldn't take. Really bad breathing difficulties due to the meds. Didn't inform me of one of my diagnosises from a CT scan, & didn't do a thorough check regarding my leg and recommended getting an xray instead of CT for checking ligament issues too, which isn't that good for that stuff (thankfully agreed to CT after pushing for one). Told me that I didn't need to wait for the radiology results after 5 minutes of the scan finishing too, when I was told by the nurses that I needed to stay for an hour til the results came back. There's a bit more but not enough characters remaining to write it all. Overall, wouldn't recommend him, especially if you have conditions where you need to avoid taking specific medications for.

Dr. Sheera is very kind and genuinely cares about his patients. He does everything in his power to help you feel better and find a good doctor to follow up with when you leave the emergency room. I am very thankful for the excellent care he gave me.
