I think he's a very good doctor. He treated me like a Dr. should patient and kind, takes the time to ask him questions.

Dr. Sankari performed an Endoscopy due to a swallowing issue Mar 6, 2019. He stretched the opening in my esophagus but said I needed to return within 5 weeks or so for him to stretch it further, that to avoid tearing it he could only stretch it so far. He provided pictures and stated it had some very bad strictures. I had been unable to swallow for years. I returned, due to a schedule change, on May 1, however, due to him being gone the previous week, there were twice as many patients and my appointment was unusually late. As I was being administered the Twilight Drug, Dr. Sankari asked if I was still able to swallow OK. I replied yes and he suddenly decided NOT to stretch it again, which was the ONLY reason for my having the procedure. He then had his office call and schedule an Office Apt Nov 6th?? Nothing about that day or the Nov Apt made any sense. Due to the number of patients, it appears he chose NOT stretch it to save time which was the entire purpose for the visit.

He was all happy to run a ton of tests and scans on me. Reluctant to give me results or diagnosis. Would not answer my questions of my results or explain anything. VERY poor in resolving issues. After you have done thousands of dollars worth of tests he has nothing more to do with you. Wants an office visit for nothing! Rushes you out before you have a chance to barely speak to him. Onto the next patient! Money hungry! Spent over 2 months trying to get a diagnosis and still nothing. TERRIBLE!!

Would give 0 stars if the option were available. This cat is just as incompetent and crooked as the rest of his family of physicians. Patients beware, he will do any procedure on anyone to make a dollar. Might be okay if he were knowledgeable, competent, and honest. Pathetic excuse for a physician. Does not listen to patients or family members when they tell him there is a problem. Would not allow any of the family to touch my dead dog.

Dr. Sankeri has been used by most of my family for all our GI issues. He discovered my mother's colon cancer early on and she only required a minor bowel resection which cured her without any need for chemo or radiation. He has done Upper GI procedures on my mother, one of.my brothers and me. My mom and brother required esophageal dilation and he found an ulcer in my duodenum. He listened to my verbal and read my extensive medical history. He has done colonoscopys on all of us.

I have had 2 EGDs with Dr Sankari and he is wonderful. Very good bedside manner and his team at the Day Surgery center is wonderful! Very quick procedure - in and out. His office staff and NP Sara is also fabulous.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He would not listen and was quick to diagnose wihout evening going through medical records with all the previous surgeries. I've had serious medical issues that involve the GI system. He was quick to diagnose me with other illnesses that I've never even had. Would not take care of situation. Wouldn't even listen to me for five minutes.
