BAD DOCTOR AND STAFF
been going here for a year. unreliable staff unreliable doctor. on complaining about lack of communication and not getting call back after calling and leaving voicemails about refilling medication, the doctor just likes to blame his staff and never takes responsibility that HE Is bad at communication. I was diagnosed with social anxiety and after my visit once I told him that I haven't been able to get in contact with him and iv called and tried to talk to the staff but no one ever gets back with me, he takes me to the front in from of his staff and calls them out saying "we have a complaint" and goes on to lecture them about them while putting me on the spot infront of them. for someone that has anxiety he triggered me. dont go to this doctor find ANYONE ELSE he cant even remember the simplest detail about you, fake conversations and excuses.

High hopes shattered
Just incredibly unprofessional spending far too much time finding out about my personal life and family/friends then telling me I had talked too much? (after he had asked me to elaborate) and saying I had surpassed my 15 minute allotted appt once I tried focusing on my physical symptoms. He was only interested in talking down on the phlebotomist who made a comment I agreed with actually and took our entire initial conversation down unrelated rabbit holes, then had the nerve to tell me I had taken too much of his time and hung up on me - he became frustrated that I wanted to talk about the physical issues and symptoms I was having instead of literally telling him every member of my support system and their personal details such as where they live - bizarre enough but to make me spend all that time giving out my families personal details? So after I asked if he had reviewed my medical records, he abruptly hung on me. Strangest, most unprofessional experience with a doctor ever.

I made an appointment last week as a new patient because he's listed as my PCP. 30 mins before my appointment, his office staff called to cancel because he wasn't coming in. I asked that if I reschedule, will this happen again? Unfortunately, the staff said that it does happen quite often that he cancels on the day of. I told the staff that I will look elsewhere. I feel bad for the staff that have to deal with this. He could be an excellent doctor, but I can't tell you that. I can't review him as a medical physician, but this just stands out to me to be very unprofessional.

Well if I rate him purely as a physician from medical knowledge standpoint he’s perfect but his problem is that he has no office staff my appointments with him he was never on time and he barely remembers to do referrals to specialists although he suggested it he didn’t fax the transfer papers for my old records although I gave him the paper filled he never answers phone calls, he has my most outdated medication list although he’s my PCP, you can never reach him when you need him he uses a stupid app to get to patients which he doesn’t respond to he doesn’t send electronic rx and during this outbreak I was not able to get any of my meds from him he was not like this when we first started but later on he became worse

Dr Al-Sadek has being seeing my sister for about 6 months, he does not see the big picture on patients, he lies to patients and family members, blames family members for decisions that he doesn't want to tell the patients the truth, and lies to family regarding a different story prior. I feel he is not up to par as a physician and have heard from other physicians he isn't the best ! DO YOU WANT YOUR DR TO LIE?

Worst experience ever. Dr Mohamed can speak ... can show his charisma ,but he is completely irresponsible doctor, who doesn't care about patients at all.Long story short..He doesn't has a location ( he rents a room from pediatric doctor ), he doesn't has staff ,thats probably why you will never reach him. He doesn't answer calls, he doesn't follow up on your results , he doesn't submit request for blood work he simply forgot to do though, he forgot to schedule your follow up appointment

My brother had lymphoma, was in CCU in horrible pain nurse paged Dr. Alsadek three times to try to get a better pain medication, he could not be reached until the third time which is when the medical board dings him. And then he tried to block my brother from hospice. He is very slick, and tries to charm you. Don't buy it. 1 million other things, but this is enough.
