I visited Dr. Mohamed Razak at iMA Medical Group center for high blood issue. After taken the medicine for about a week, I feel real dizziness and numbness in my fingers. I called the office twice. The first called, the receptionist stated she put my concern as high priority. The second called, a different receptionist put me on hold to talk to the head nurse. I was told that the doctor or his nurse will call me back on the same day. It had been three days and no one called me. I can't imagine if I have a serious complication and ending up in the hospital, because of this horrible service. I wish no one would have going through this.
