Dr. Saleh is very knowledgeable and explains everything. Successful surgery of multilevel fusion. Following instructions and pre-surgery therapy aided in recovery after surgery. Post surgery follow-ups with James P are positive. Again he is also very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. So happy with outcome 6 weeks post surgery.

Dr. Selah is a brilliant, talented and kind neurosurgeon. Last year he operated on my neck to relieve pinching of the spinal chord that I was unaware of. This year he straightened the lower third of my spine that was causing a lot of pain due to scoliosis. I am truly grateful for Dr. Selah and the work he has done to relieve my pain. After many years of extreme back and sciatica pain Dr Salem and his team determined back surgery was necessary. He said recovery would be hard but after six months I have only pain in upper area which gets better every week. Without his work I probably would not be walking at all. Can not say enough about what he did for me.

I recently ended up in the ER with significant back, hip, and leg pain with additional complications. I had been working with another back physician who misdiagnosed me along with administering other treatments that were not helping my pain over months. Dr. Saleh not only properly diagnosed my problem immediately he moved into swift action performing emergency surgery to remove a large cyst between L4-L5 in my spine. He said it was the largest cyst he has ever seen. Prior to surgery he and his PA spent time with me gathering information, explaining my issue, discussing the procedure and answer all of my questions. Prior to surgery I was confident and relieved as well as trusted he was the right surgeon for me. Surgery went well and am healing well after a few weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Saleh and his team.

A very special thanks to Dr. Saleh. On January 21, 2024 my husband was informed that he had Metastasis Lung Brain cancer. On January 25, 2024, Dr. Saleh removed a tumor from his brain and did an amazing job with the incision and removal. Kudos to you and your staff at the Zephyrhills location. I had spinal surgery replacing the discs C3-4 and C4-5. Result.. excellent. Dr.Saleh ran and performed the procedure, even cared about the appearance of the neck incision, which he placed in a skinfold and it is after only three months visually undetectable. It’s the small things that count. Great kudos and thank!

After having chronic pain for 10 years, we had surgery. Dr. Saleh explained everything in detail. It is a very difficult and painful recovery, but once you get past the first couple of weeks, life changing. Patience is the most difficult but knowing that after healing quality of life will be better is worth it. Dr. Saleh cares, you can see it in his face when he knows he made a difference. Dr. Saleh preformed surgery on my neck due to spinal stenosis. It's been 2 months and I feel great. The staff in and out of the hospital are welcoming and knowledable.

Dr.Saleh performed surgery on my back in December. I met him in the hospital. My orthopedic doctor sent me to the emergency room because my condition was so serious. The surgery was successful. He literally saved my life. Dr. Saleh was very kind, professional and took a great deal of time to answer all of our questions before and after surgery. I had to have urgent surgery and Dr. Saleh and Jordan the PA were consulted to do the surgery. They both have exceptional bedside manner , are empathetic, Honest and forthright and knowledgeable.Dr. Saleh is a confident, skilled and talented surgeon . I've had 2 Diskectomy's with laser spine institute, only to have the pain return with a vengeance. I was reluctant to have a third surgery, but Dr. Saleh with all of his knowledge and experience convinced me to try a spinal fusion surgery. IT WAS, IS, THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!
