Bad communication. My mom had an appointment scheduled and they called and canceled her appointment thirty minutes before her appointment and she had to drive for an hour to get to that appointment

Great doc with lousy organizational skills
I have scheduled my last appt with Dr. Diab. Out of my last 6 appts with him he cancelled half of them with no warning. I show at 8am for my appt and he has decided to take vacation without telling his patients. I'm sick and tired of this. Don't waste your time trying to see him. You only have a 50% chance that he will actually keep an appt.

Rushes you out the door
I took my 81 yr old mom to see him for over all skin check and to address eczema. He was nice but also extremely dismissive and rushed. Both me and my mom were trying to ask questions while he had one foot out the door (literally). He decided to just ignore my mom’s questions altogether. I mentioned to the nurse after he left that he sure seemed in a hurry. She said he scheduled his appointments for 5 minute increments! That is crazy! They said to follow up in 3 months , I said no thanks. We will be seeing someone else. My mom was very upset when we left.

Worst Experience Ever!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had quite possibly the worst doctor's office experience of my life with Dr. Diab. I scheduled an appointment with him to see about getting a small milia under my eye removed. Dr. Diab came in and kept telling me that I had a 'pretty little face' and rubbed my shoulder repeatedly which made me uncomfortable. He told me that in order to remove the milia, he'd have to cut it out which would cause me to have a black eye for several weeks. When I voiced my concerns since I have a very public facing job, he said 'It's okay, just blame your husband' as if that was supposed to be a funny joke. I didn't realize domestic violence is something appropriate to joke about. He made it sound like surgery was the only way to remove the milia and God knows how much that surgery would have cost. The entire appointment felt insanely rushed. I was in there no more than 5 minutes.

1 of my best Doctors
I've been going to Dr Diab for about 10 years now and always liked his approach to my various skin conditions. I've had 1 surgery and many biopsies. Never a problem. Since he left Tri-Health it has been a job to follow the practice around town, but that's a minor inconvenience.

Terrible
Went to have a cyst removed on my head. Did a horrible job with the stitches and didn’t even remove all of it. It was back within a few months. Go to someone else.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Diab for a simple procedure. He came in the room and referred to me as "little girl," and continuously called me sweetheart. I am in my 20's and fully grown, so his reference that I was a little girl was odd. He froze some spots on my face and rubbed my back and the back of my arm, as he said many times, "I'm sorry I had to hurt you." The procedure wasn't as painful as I initially expected, which I stated, but he kept saying it. Maybe it was his way of being kind, but it made me very uncomfortable.
