Dr. Mohammad Zarka, DO

You know it's rare to spend almost an in hour waiting to be seen for less than a solid minute by a provider. Wasn't even given the chance to explain in any amount of detail the symptoms I have been having and the impact it's had on my life. He handed me a pre-printed sheet of paper with some one-prescription-fits-all info on it and circled something at the bottom in regards to combatting the "appearance" of the redness I am dealing with. I couldn't give a flying duck about the appearance, it is PAINFUL!!! I can't make it through a full shift at work without having to walk away from my desk to put something cold on my face and that only offers temporary relief. I am livid and he should be embarrassed to treat patients like this. Thank you to the lady who was writing up my various prescriptions (no idea what they are btw, some creams and some pills) who offered the back exit, figure she could probably tell I will NOT be scheduling a follow up. The rest of the staff was very nice, apologies to them for having to leave such a low rating.

Dr. Zarka was amazing and solved my hair loss problem in one visit! He listend and teated me as an individual and not just number.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, on schedule. If I could give him and his office a 10 I would! Professionalism is top notch! Just a great doctor overall that you can tell takes care of his staff and patients!
