Poor outcome
I am deeply concerned about the care my family member received from Dr. Almzayyen. After undergoing surgery, we were faced with a troubling outcome that raised significant doubts about the surgeon's competence and decision-making. Throughout the process, Dr. Almzayyen demonstrated a concerning lack of empathy and accountability, often dismissing our questions and not acknowledging the severity of the situation. Instead of providing reassurance or displaying any sense of remorse, he appeared indifferent, leaving our family feeling neglected and frustrated at a time when we needed compassion and guidance the most. It is disheartening to recommend caution to others considering this surgeon, as the experience has been both emotionally and physically taxing for our family.

Appendicitis
On August 29th, 2024 my husband drove me from Aiken,S.C. to Doctors Hospital in Augusta,GA. I was having severe pain in my abdomen and dry heaving bad. I was quickly taken back for a CT scan that showed acute appendicitis. I was immediately given pain medication and nausea meds intravenously. It wasn't long before the surgeon (Dr. Almzayyen) came to talk to me. He suggested an appendectomy and I agreed. He performed the surgery which went well. Everyone at the hospital were so kind. We were back home in Aiken at 7pm. I highly recommend Dr. A.
