DR. RAFEY UNILATERALLY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I WAS 8 MINUTES LATE FROM AN EARLIER U OF C MD VISIT- IT IS OK FOR PATIENTS TO WAIT FOR AN MD, BUT THIS MD IS ABOVE WAITING, EVEN THOUGH MY PREVIOUS PROVIDER INDICATED SHE WOULD PUT ON MY RECORD I WAS ON MY WAY TO HYDE PARK FROM RIVER EAST AND THERE IS A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR APPTS.- I WILL NEVER SEE, NOR RECOMMEND THIS MD TO ANYBODY, AND IN FACT, I WILL MAKE SURE MY REFERRING MD KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED SO HE IS HESITANT TO RECOMMEND THIS MD TO ANYBODY.
