The lack of medical care received from Dr Rehman and his office staff on multiple occasions were and ( are ) very careless and unprofessional they knowingly jeopardize a persons life and risk their health some examples of the lack of care are tests are ordered with no Dr response or notes no medicines given or refilled no response to insurance company's requests no response to imaging center or labs no response to pharmacy for medication refill - he wants to be your primary care physician - when he sees you he acts concerned then never fallows thru he told me he wanted me to put him as my PCP Dr with my insurance company when he has not a care at all for the patients wellbeing and health care Dr UR Rehman and the staff at 360 health in Allen TX have given me such poor care its a shame I thought Drs took an oath vowed to put patients best interest first to give their patients the proper care , essential care needed
