Dr Giotra was extremely helpful, thorough and factual when he talked with me. He drew a visual, stated facts and made a compelling case for me that was very comforting. He was also solution oriented and quickly came up with a plan that would meet my needs. I can't say enough what a refreshing meeting we had. High praise for Dr Giotra!

It took me a long time to get an appointment with Dr. Girotra but once I was in contact with his team they were wonderful. Dr. Girotra squeezed me in on a very busy day. I greatly appreciated his time and sterling advice.

He drew me a picture to show where he was going to insert the endoscopic tube through my esophagus and into my stomach. Then he would release ultra sound waves when the device was In the stomach to get images of the pancreas which is behind the stomach. His drawing made it very clear what he was going to do. Plus he was going to extract fluid from the pancreas to make sure it was not cancerous.. He explained that the blood test he ordered did not find any precancerous cells. He explained that the cycst on my pancreas was fluid so with all these factors that I should not worry. There was only a 1% chance of cancer whiich was very reassuring to me and my husband.

Dr. Girotra is easy to talk to and he answered my questions in a way I could completely understand what he was saying. I felt very much at ease with him and he took time to answer all of my questions. He's a gem and I will be seeing him for follow up appointments.
