Dr. Mohsen Tamasaby, MD

Doctor Tamasaby front office staff are wonderful. Much better experience than a Doctor I had before him. Dr T. listens. Is actually a real Doctor unlike all these N.P's that are out there.

In my opinion he is the best doctor in reno sparks area I would recommend seeing him as your doctor if your looking for a primary doctor and he is good in doing referrals and it happens fast in my opinion

Absolute garbage bedside manner and incompetent front desk staff. My mother is almost out of important medication that can affect her mental health because they cannot do their jobs correctly. They have been stringing my mother around after she paid out of pocket for a visit just to be told to have her medical records sent to their office to refill her meds. After they were faxed three separate times, Dr. Tamasby's office continues to say they didn't receive these records. She then had her previous doctor email her records to her. I printed her medical records out, drove to their office, and handed them to the front desk staff (who was on her personal phone.) She said the doctor will review the records and call my mother. My mother called them today, the front desk told her that the doctor reviewed her records and would call her back, but needed her phone number. Information they already had. DO NOT go here if you need any semblance of competency.

5 years ago dr. Tamasaby told me to quit my job and get Medicaid to pay for my carpal tunnel. 6 months later I have no job and no carpal tunnel, because I didn’t have carpal tunnel at all. My blood work showed immuno diff. That was all he ever said. Finally after much suffering he suggests sending me to an infectious disease doctor 4mo later I still haven’t seen an ID doc because the doctors staff intentionally never send the referral. She even lied to me several times when I called and asked her to send it again because they didn’t receive it Not only lying to me repeatedly as I suffer but she also didn’t put the needed info on the referral that ID specialists need to see when they decide to pick up your case. She just put unknown rash??? Hello!! All of a sudden Auto immunity!! Not to mention the 6 other symptoms of a parasitic infection and possibly communicable! Thanks for nothing! Shopper beware these people DO NOT CARE!!

I cannot understand a physician who does not, will not respond to pharmacy refill requests. In order to get a refill, you must call the Tamasabi to request your refill, giving name of drug, dosage, your name, phone number, etc., then call the pharmacy for a refill. He refuses to respond to a simple fax request from the pharmacy and he has taken up to three days to call it in. I have this problem with NO other physician.

I LOVE DR. TAMASABY HE IS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY EVEN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT . I CAN ASK HIM ANYTHING AND HE WILL GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER AND DOESN'T GO INTO AN HOUR OF EXPLANATION THAT AT THE END I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. HE IS ALWAYS CALM AND NEVER IN A RUSH . HE KNOW'S ME BY MY NAME AND EVERY FAMILY MEMBER. HE ALWAYS OPEN TO ALL OPINIONS. HE IS ALWAYS VERY POSITIVE AND ENCOURAGING . THANK YOU DR. TAMASABY

I feel like he is a knowledgeable doctor. He seems to listen to my health concerns and the concerns for my children.

I understand current medical system leave physicians at a disadvantage, due to high patient numbers, low reimbursement, and lengthy processes; however, that is no excuse for the lack of professionalism exhibited. His office staff lost paperwork and failed to return phone calls within appropriate (2 weeks) time frames, even after numerous follow-up phone calls. Dr. Tamasaby didn't review records prior to appts. & forgot to authorize important procedures (even after they were scheduled).

I have been in pain for over 17 yrs from a work accident. I had been to this dr before and he gave me hydrocodone in low low dose and alprzalam with no uppage of dose there either. I lost my reg dr. who had give med pain medication that worked and I had never felt better all these yrs. I did NOT abuse overtake or hoard. But he sais I looked horrible. Well one I had no pain medication in 7 days, and I had been up all night crying. But I was in PAIN.He refused any help.You dont just stop pills.LAW
