A Competent and Caring Doctor
My late wife was Dr. McQuillan's patient. I was present at all my wife's appointment. Dr McQuillan was a fantastic doctor. She could not have treated my wife better if Dr. McQuillan was member of our family. Other physicians on me wife's medical team commented on the excellent care my wife was receiving from D. McQuillan.

Unprofessional
First time patient. My visit was less than 10 minutes as she took no time to assess/ask me questions regarding my overall health. I caught a lot of attitude from her tone. I told her how my current health has been affecting my mental health and she dismissed me. She also sent the wrong prescriptions to my pharmacy and the office couldn’t get any of them covered by my insurance. This doctor did not even say goodbye to me. She simply told me to put my clothes back on and walked out, I had no idea our appointment finished.

Doctor was very rude and speaking under her breath, unable to explain certain things to patient. Seemed irritated when questions were asked

I am here because my adult daughter needs to see her doctor this week. This office stated her doctor is on vacation. The office suggested she go to urgent care. I reminded my daughter that there are several doctors at this Mt. Greenwood location. My children had been patients at the his location since Junior High School. They have always been able to get appointments with another doctor. I told her to call back. It is unacceptable to me to have a patient go to urgent care when other doctors are at same office. Dr. Valek who originally opened this office independently never did that to his patients. We were always asked did we mind seeing another doctor. This doctor in question has seen my children and myself many times over the years and my daughter is now 24. This doctor is professional and treatment was great all the time. The problem may be LCM/OSF. Doctors have nothing to do with your current insurance issues.

Dr. Mcquillan was my primary for 5 years after I was referred by a family member who started working there. After a year - she stopped working for Dr. Mcquillan. I continued as a patient because I hardly ever needed to be seen. Dr. Mcquillan takes her work home with her and makes calls at night or not at all. She writes in patient files and never follows up with the actual patient. Getting an appointment can be WEEKS out. I had a lapse in coverage from being laid off and needed refills on regular medication. It took 1 whole week for her assistant to get back to me to tell me that there wasn't anything they could do to help pay for an office visit. (when i said up front I would pay for it and use GoodRx for prescription costs) You have to schedule an office visit for REGULAR medication refills. She works under her own rules and isn't held to any standard of care. Prepare to bend over backwards to get anything done. I called a new Dr & had an office visit and meds within 24 hrs
