Good experience – Jan 29, 2022
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Sidransky?
He left me sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes while he petulantly argued with the front office help, he rushed my appointment which his assistant repeatedly apologized for, he did not listen to me, he mocked me, he removed me off of the medications that had been working for me, medications that the primary I'd had in Brownwood, TX where I'd just very recently moved here from had worked very hard to figure out what I could and couldn't tolerate, and put me on an obscene dose of a muscle relaxer that I cannot take because it makes me an absolute zombie. And I would have told him that I couldn't take that medication had he actually LISTENED to me and not rushed me and talked over me and mocked me... basically. He is young, immature, unprofessional, and dangerous. He needs to go back to school and learn about steroid injections, steroid leakage, and fat and muscle atrophy being as he stated he'd never heard of a steroid injection causing such a thing.

Two events with Dr. Sidransky lead me to warn potential patients. First, he “doubled” a medication from 200 mg/day to 900mg/day. Second, when I declined a procedure he had the scheduling nurse to call for setting up a time for the procedure.

I guess he's better than nothing, kinda robotic monotone personality. Staff that sets up appointments and callbacks or horrible. I have to constantly call and leave messages to set up appointments for my injections, and I hope that they'll call me back. I have pretty much have gave up on getting any real results.

I have consulted several physicians over the past 10 years to manage my lupus pain. I prefer non-narcotic management. Dr. Sidranski has given me back my quality of life through supplements, therapy and injections. He really listens and is compassionate. His office may be difficult to deal with, but he is amazing.

Terrible experience! I’ve been in so much pain and you can not get ahold of anyone at their office! Ever! No one calls back. They told me my appointment was in GBC but it was in canton and they wouldn’t fit me in! I was supposed to get X-rays results and also start pain management. Looking for a new Dr. and I’ll NEVER got to UT Health again. The office staff is not caring. They don’t care at all!

I highly highly recommend Dr. Sidransky. In every interaction, he was attentive, kind, and really helpful in clarifying the questions I had about my procedure. I have suffered from chronic knee pain for a long time and had to receive a genicular RFA. I was really nervous and anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Sidransky made me feel at ease before, during and after the procedure. He is very responsive and clearly cares a lot about the health of his patients.
