Does not follow the “Do No Harm” that all doctors take. Very unprofessional, can hear her talking abt patients negatively. Tries goes above policy & procedure to make her own rules, asks staff to do things that r not w/in practices guidelines. Goes behind patients backs & tries to exaggerate situations that should never have been made an issue. Seems that she tends to pick who she wants to treat fairly & decently & others she wants a bad record to follow them for no reason.

The term customer experience is applied to every industry. Physicians are not exempt from the need to recognize patients are in fact customers. I was asked to wait over an hour for a long scheduled basic physical.

She is an extremely competent doctor and a very caring person. She was able to diagnose several of my medical issues in just two visits, where as, other expert doctors had been investigating the same issues for past 15-20 years with out any success. Her accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment resulted in saving my life.

Truly one of the worst doctors I've seen. Extremely unprofessional, boring and terrible bed side manner. Overheard her tell her nurse that I "didn't look sick so must be fine". Very rude and snotty personality. You're better off diagnosing yourself than seeing her because she won't do anything for you except give you attitude.
