Dr. Molly Griffin, MD

Dr. Griffin is excellent. However, the billing is out of control; have paid a ton out of pocket for the visit after her office stopped accepting my (very good and expensive) insurance. Most recently was billed twice for the same visit and her office was not helpful in resolving, nor did they seem to care? They mentioned the doctor is busy (so am I!!!). Unfortunately due to the financial/office management component of the business I will be switching doctors.

I have been seeing Dr. Griffin now for quite a few years. She is consistently knowledgable and very helpful and has given me solutions to issues that seemed unsolvable. Her bedside manner is lovely and she is so smart. Highly recommend.

If there was ever a doctor who cared less about her patients than Molly Griffin, I'd be hard pressed to find one. She charges more than other dermatologists for the same procedures and will collect from you even after insurance has paid her for her service. In a word, she's a money grubbing Westside doctor. Once, I called her office with a question and was later charged for a full appointment for the phone call! Her staff are rude and condescending, an attitude I assume comes from the top. Also, good luck getting an appointment when you need it. There are lots of good and qualified doctors in Santa Monica. Avoid this one!

From our youngest daughters visit in Drs earliest practice days, to 4 more of our family seeing Dr Griffin ages infant thru senior citizens, we can say accomplished, astute, practical, knowledgeable, skilled, plesant anx a joy to work with.
