Dr. Molly Joseph, MD

I had to see Dr. Joseph (for the first time) because I miscarried my baby and my doctor was not available. From the moment she stepped into the room, she was not only not compassionate at all (she had a huge smile on the whole time even though I was in tears), she rushed me though the appointment and didn’t answer my questions. Every time I tried to ask her something, she just said: “just try again!” (Getting pregnant)After 2-3 minutes into the appointment she walked out to tell the nurse to write down a supplement’s name, when she came back, she left the door open and stood by the door already saying goodbye. When I told her I had some questions, she quickly brushed them off and walked out, reassuring me “I have seen a lot of miscarriages lately, just try again!” I have never felt so unheard on a visit, let along after a loss.

This was my first (and definitely NOT my last) visit to Low Country OBGyn. I went in due to a miscarriage and Dr. Joseph was able to see me on short/ last minute notice. She was so caring and patient, answered all my questions in terms I could understand and explained everything so well. The receptionist and the staff members that worked with me were also kind and helpful. I definitely found a gem

I had a wonderful first patient visit with Dr. Joseph. She was genuinely interested in helping find a solution to my health needs and I never felt rushed during the appointment. I’m thankful to have found her and looking forward to follow ups.

My wife has seen Dr. Molly Joseph for 15 years, and has always thought she was a great physician and OBGYN, however, this year after her December 2022 annual well visit, the Lowcountry OBGYN practice she is under billed us for not only a well visit but also a sick visit (for her singular visit to see Dr. Joseph). When we called and messaged to ask that the erroneous charge be removed, we were told that because my wife discussed a couple of health concerns she had (while answering Dr. Joseph's question of "how are you doing?") that this counted as a sick visit in addition to the well visit. My wife, nor I, have EVER had that happen for a scheduled well visit anywhere. The office has been unwilling to remove this charge, which amounts to insurance fraud from what I understand. We didn't used to have these issues with Lowcountry OBGYN, so I'm not sure if they recently underwent a change in management, or if they outsourced their medical coding and billing functions (have noticed sever

Dr Joseph is caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She's a great listener and within the first 5 minutes of our visit made us feel completely secure in our choosing her as our MD. Her staff is equally as compassionate and thorough. I wish we would have switched over years ago!

Dr Molly Joseph has been my ObGyn for 25 years. She became my Dr. after her father Dr. Carium Joseph retired. He left me in good hands.

Dr Joseph is not only a very experienced OB/GYN - she is also a wonderful person. Her smile is contagious and her calm demeanor will soothe your nerves. I have complete trust in Dr Joseph. She is an extremely knowledgeable DR and able to provide solid reliable care during ALL stages of a woman’s life.
