Medical neglect. I am going on my 4th hip surgery due to hip replacement and then staph infection. I did pre op testing and my urine showed a UTI. Dr Zittel did not inform me of this and did not prescribe an antibiotic. I was told she said it was likely just cross contamination and not an actual UTI. My surgeon cancelled my surgery for tomorrow and now I need to wait two weeks so I can get on an antibiotic and be cleared of any UTI. Had I received an antibiotic in a timely manner I would be having surgery tomorrow and not in two weeks. My situation has been going on since 11/2018. In addition dr Zittel has a history of saying one thing about a medication treatment plan and then changing her mind more than once. She did that with gabepentin and pain meds. She decided she wouldn’t write a script for my pain meds and told me to go to a pain md. I couldn’t get an appointment with pain md until after my pain med script ran out. She was willing to leave me in horrible pain. Stay away!

Dr Zittel and her staff are the best in the business. You can get in to see them the same day if you really need to, they are kind and caring and listen to you as a patient. She does NOT overbook, so when you go in for an appointment, there is hardly any wait time. This is huge if you are older or accompanying an elderly person. Dr Molly is a wonderful person and really cares about her patients, and that is hard to find these days. She is a wonderful lady

I was a patient of Dr. Zittel a few years back. I found her to be an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients. She could be a bit spunky at times but if you get to understand her, you would like her as much as I did. Wait time to see the Doctor could be improved a little....

If you wanted to be treated poorly then go see her !! I use to only see Tom the PA and he is no longer there. Went last week to see her . Now I remember why I only wanted to see Tom. She is rude and makes you feel like your bothering her. She needs to get out of her practice !

I have an excellent relationship with Dr. Zittel. She's patient, explains things very well and is not in a big hurry to send you to a specialist until she's certain its necessary. I've been a patient for many, many years and would recommend her to anyone.
