Dr. Mona Chacko, MD

Service used to be better, but now has gone down the drain. Billing is terribly unclear. Beware of overcharging.

I didn't feel heard and was not told correct information. I will not be going back. the medical assistants where great but overall not a great experience.

Never fired a doctor before but this is a first. First impression of the clinic for a routine physical/ medication refill. Waited in the waiting room for a half hour past appointment time. Was brought back into the exam room and waited an hour before being seen by Dr. Chacko. 10 minute visit took a total of 2hrs out of my day (required to show up earlier then appointment time) As a relatively healthy individual I brushed it off considering I don't go to doctor often. For the past 10 years I have been on the same medication that is normally prescribed once a year with 12 refills. She said she would refill after our visit. However she did not. So I had to call and she refilled for 1 month. After the month I had to call again, she refilled for an additional month. I called the office again and the nurse called me and stated I need to come in before they refill. NEVER had this happen to me. I argued that I just seen her 2 months ago. She refilled it for 90 days. Now they refuse to fill it

All the staff was friendly and nice.

It was good the follow up was perfect! The office manager Elishia was a great help to me.

I like it. I think DR. Chocko is a very experienced Doctor that not easy to fund any more. She will tell you what you doing wrong and just fixing that, you will fix your problem, or help to get better with heath problems. I think she definitely understand that there is others factors that cosign our problems but instead to fill us with medication, which most other Doctors do, she want us to do some simple change in our life that definitely will make difference in our thinking about our problem. We need to be honest with our self's and realized that Dr. Chocko is totally right even if the truth sometime heart just dill with it and you will be happy to go back and see Dr. Chocko. Just me opinion.

Horrible doctor. I went in with high blood pressure. I have a history of high blood pressure and needed a doctor to help me adjust my blood pressure medicine and she sent me home and blamed the high blood pressure on me. She said it was my fault because I was making myself anxious. Offered NO HELP or guidance. ZERO STARS. Only good experience about this place are the ladies at the front desk. What kind of awful doctor sends someone home during a pandemic with no guidance or help with high blood pressure?

Dr. Chacko is a very caring doctor but will not help solve your health issues. I suffered from depression since I was 14 and all she did was blame my school and weight year after year, never prescribed medication or recommended me a therapist. Made me feel awful about myself every time I came in. As soon as I decided to see another dr, he acknowledged my concerns and wanted to help me, he recommended a therapist and we began trialing a medication that would work for me, lots of trial and errors but he never made me think less of myself. Dr. Chacko did nothing to help me in the years I saw her, she just pointed the finger at what could be the cause of it.

She's always very nice and thorough.

If there was 0 star rating or negative rating I would have given that instead. This place has created lot of stress in last 4 months and is continuing to do so till date. They are very smart in billing you very high if you don't check their acts and are innocent. They have been doing this since 2018. We have only see that after 1 year after my most recent visit . About 4 months ago in dec 2019, My husband and I went to this place for yearly physical and inspite of my insurance covering 100% for our physicals, they have billed us seperately very large amounts. They don't reveal information until it's asked for several times. They hide info as much as possible. They send incorrect codes to bill innocent customers. I would urge to not to go to them and deal with trauma I have gone through. Till today, even our physical tests covered 100% by our insurance is not taken care of. BEWARE of this business !!!

Dr. Mona Chacko showed concern which was good. She was attentive and answered my questions. The office people were very nice as well as the nurse. A very pleasant atmosphere.

Dr. Chacko has taken great care of me for 18 years. She always listens and never rushes a patient. Excellent doctor.

I highly recommend this doctor. She is very nice and takes the time to listen to you. The office staff and nurses are professional and very kind. They are quick to respond to your requests! They demonstrate a caring attitude! I am a nurse and I could not be happier with the care I receive from them.

I had a great experience as a first-time patient with Dr. Chacko. Christie, Stacey & Lisa were amazing. Dr. Chacko was very caring and attentive to my needs.

This was my first visit and the experience was great. The staff and the doctor had a tough act to follow, I had been with my previous doctor for years and left because of relocation. I felt very comfortable and left the office thinking I made a good choice.

Love it here! Always feel welcome, and they almost always have same day appointments when I need it. Dr. Chacko is very friendly and spends the necessary time with patients. I would recommend!

I’m fortunate to be a new patient at Stonebrook. Dr. Chaco is kind and considerate and I never feel rushed. The staff is friendly and the manager even cared enough to ask how my experience was.
