Date of unpleasant event. February 4th 2025,I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN AND WAS NOT SEEING.I have never experienced a Doctor leaving a patient unattended while in the process of performing a procedure to simply come out to the Lobby to tear me apart and unleashing all her daily frustration on to me her patient. It really caught me off guardAll simply because I asked the front desk lady how much longer I had to wait and she wouldn't give me an estimate time frame.I mean, i had already waited 2 hours and all I wanted was to have an idea of how much longer they were going to have me waiting in the lobby.Yes I arrived 15 min late to my original appointment however I called the main number and they informed me not to worry and that it was no problem and that they would notify Dr. Zall. When I arrived the front desk lady gave me an attitude i could tell she was bothered because I arrived 15 min late. NO WONDER THEY HAD ME WAITING FOR OVER 2 HOURS AND It was obvious that they were punishin

Dr. Zall is an excellent doctor! She knows my case well, therefore she always gives me the right advice. During the previous appointments, she suggested a new PT practice that has been very helpful with the new treatment. She is always encouraging me to do my best!
