Horrible Liar

Don’t ever see this man. He is a liar, he shares your medical information with non-HIPAA certified customer service people, he’ll hang up on you, and he’ll refuse to refund you when he cancels an appointment. I had an appointment, and when I went he said he couldn’t find me in the system. I’d been going to this office over a year and had actually seen him the month before. He asked to see my script bottle to check the name and said he’d hall me back with no charge for a followup. Instead, he Apperently gave my files to a customer support team, NOT a medical receptionist, and they were supposed to call and cancel because, one doctor spelled my name wrong. He then hung up on my when I spoke with him and told me it wasn’t his problem that billing wouldn’t refund me. This is after I showed him the email where billing told me He was refusing to let the appointment be refunded. So not trust this man or any office he works for or with.

Great DR
Telehealth
I had a wonderful doctor appointment with him via Telehealth. He really listened to my concerns and was extremely well mannered. I will continue paying out-of-pocket, even though I have a great insurance just because he listens to me. He’s a great DR! I have PTSD anxiety

Not surprised that he has a low review score
Telehealth
No interest in his patients well being. Makes decisions about ending vital medications at whim. I ended up in emergency room because he decides after our telehealth visit that he was going to cut off my medication. I had no warning and he did not get my consent. Beware!!!!!!!

Did not do a comprehensive exam, would not recommend. Seems to be working for insurance company, not the patient.

Dr M Syed Gave me hope.. I had injured my knee on the job.. Er has placed me in a leg brace which immobilized me. Dr Syed took a look at my knee.. He unlock it n I was able to move n bend . he replace it brace with a knee brace. Physical Therapy He gave me hope and put my mind at ease.. great Dr / patient chemistry.. Dr Syed gets 10+ stars
