I have been a patient of Dr. Bali's for about 15 years. She is a great doctor. She listen's to my concerns, answers my questions, and always checks out issues I might be having, to be sure they are taken care of.

Worst experience ever !!!!!!!!!!
Telehealth
No professionalism her staff or her. Once SHE was on the phone, she never identified herself. And the conversation went downhill from that point. She had the audacity to bill for a visit. Now she was supposed to be the new PCP after changing to Humana. I would Never recommend her and will be following up with Humana and Privia Medical Group.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
Dr. Bali and office staff were consistently terrible from my first visit to the last. On one occasion the nurse assistant had trouble drawing blood and had to stick me several times. She seened very unsure of herself but was finally able to drawn blood in several viials. During the follow up visit Dr. Bali insisted that blood was NOT drawn. When I told her to ask the assistant I was told that she no longer worked there. Dr. Bali insisted that my blood had not been drawn and so my blood had rmto be drawn again. On another occasion I was having a test procedure done in the office and Dr. Bali cane in at least 5 times to adk the tech to hurry up; finally she informed the tech to cut my test short because there were other patients waiting. Never mind the fact that I was a patient too and also-deserving of having a test performed to a quality standard of care. Obviously she did not care or respect me as a person a patient. I could give other examples if I had more space.

Dr. Bali is a good doctor. However, she should take a class on how to treat her patients and employees. During my last visit there Dr. Bali treated one of her employees as if she didn’t know what she was doing. Mind you, this assistant had gone above and beyond to help me but I assume Dr. Bali did not want it done that way. This is not the first time she treats her staff poorly in front of her patients. As a patient, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Although her schedule is very accommodating, she almost forces you to come back and see her which I do not appreciate. Over all, the practice has great potential. Physician needs to work on her attitude. Great staff!

She has been my PCP for at least 6+ yrs, she is an ok doctor. I went there for a one time visit initially, then life got me too busy, also a little lazy to find anther PCP. I did like her friendly personality more than anything so I will give her that. In most recent days I had a follow up appointment I had to cancel (didn't see the specialist yet). I received a call from the automated system 2 days prior the appointment to confirm or cancel. So I canceled, but the day of the canceled appointment I got a call from her office asking me where I was...I told them I have canceled 2 days ago. They said the automated system did not saved my cancellation and I have to pay $50 for no-show. I requested to speak to the Manager, she said she was doing her job and I have to pay the no-show fee. So i asked her, if this was worth to lose a patient over because I did cancel. She offered me a call back from Dr.Bali and I accepted. a day later she called back telling me I'm not allowed to cancel a
