Dr. Monica Best, MD

We started with RBA in January 2022 after waiting 3 months for the consult after it was scheduled. We only had telehealth visits with Dr. Best. There was no offer for in person visits, which I wish I had known before. I understand COVID issues, but I work in an outpatient clinic and both telehealth and in person visits have been offered for a while. Communication from and within the team was poor. We would sometimes have to tell the nurses what Dr. Best had recommended. Everything felt very impersonal and like we were cattle being herded.

Dr. Best is one of the most compassionate MD’s out there. She is very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable in your infertility journey. After 17 years of trying to conceive Dr. Best and ger team workedhard to support us along the way. After 4 IVF attempts in 9 months, the last one was successfully. Dr. Best remained positive and optimistic throughout our journey and provided evidence based research while managing our expectations. Her name truly speaks truth. She is the BEST out there.

Infertility is an incredibly hard process. I can’t imaging having a better doctor to help us along this process. Her level of care is unmatched. She truly partners with her patients through every step and has always shown us incredible dedication. I can’t thank her enough. We aren’t finished yet, but we’re so many steps closer because of Dr. Best. She truly is the best. I can’t speak highly enough of her as a doctor and as a person. Dr. Best, thank you. Thank you for helping us through infertility and giving us our hope back. You are an incredible human and will always be part of our family. Thank you.

If I could give 10 starts, I would. Dr. Best is by far the greatest Dr. I have ever seen. Her profound level of care and complete willingness to ensure her patients feel comfortable and reassured is unparalleled. She is kind, knowledgeable and so very gracious in the way she treats her patients, knowing that we are not just numbers, and that each of us has unique challenges and histories that have brought us to her. I cannot speak highly enough about her care. Also, huge thanks to her nurse, Chrissi, who always goes above and beyond to help patients. Chrissi is responsive and incredibly prompt and provides an incredibly high level of support.

Having a baby is HARD work. Throughout this journey, Dr. Best and her AMAZING Marietta team, have walked us through every step of our fertility journey. They anticipate our needs by giving all scenarios to meet our fertility goals. They answer our questions, even if ask the same question a hundred times. They are personable while being professional, and deliver exceptional customer service at every visit. Thank you Dr. Best, Julie, Chrissi, Lacie, Besty, Amanda, Dee &Heva! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
