Dr. Monica Crawford
I have been seeing Dr.Crawford for several years now. She is a very kind and compassionate Doctor. Always offering new ways to deal with her patients problems. I believe she has major problems with her office staff. They do not seem to have the same professional attitude as her. In fact it's almost as if they do not exist. Just know that if you take a certain medication over a couple of years, and you are in need of a refill, you may never get it through her office staff. So beware. They never reach out to you, and let you know what happened. They do not care. But Dr Crawford is a great Doctor. She needs a more professional office staff. So when I go to other Doctors I will have to tell them I no longer take this medicine because of an unprofessional office staff.

I was a patient of Dr. Crawford, I would get there 20 to 30 minutes before my appointment. I got there at 9:30 and left there at 12:30. That's just to long to sit in any doctor's office. They would put me in the last room and forget about you, that's one of the reasons I no longer go to her. I liked her as a doctor but I can't stand sitting in a room over an hour waiting to be seen.

Does not listen to her patients. Does not take the time to get to know her patients. Read me someone else’s blood work. Very disappointing because I REALLY need help with my issues.

I've been a patient of Dr. Crawford's for many years. Her bedside manner is warm and approachable, The very opposite of why I left previous Rheumatologists. She listens and actually does gentle hands on examinations. Would and have recommended her to others. Though I do warn them, that they had better be prepared to wait even with an appointment. The only negative drawback/ critique.

5 minutes 4 times a year is not adequate time to discuss anything let alone a complex illness. Nurse does not correctly relay messages to doctor causing delays and confusion in treatment options. Nurse makes errors in arranging prescriptions to correct pharmacy and denies the error as if some person off the street came in and called your scripts in to the wrong pharmacy.
