Long ago Dr. Jain was amazing, but now No Way!
Once upon a time, it was a pleasure to see her. She was efficient, available, and was on top of everything. Now, you can't get an appointment with her, only with a PA or a student PA. Her favorite answer to any reason that you're having a problem is your 'fat'., which includes a herniated disk. She changes what she tells you about follow-ups. A perfect example is she tells you I will see you in a year and then won't fill a prescription because you went to see her 7 months ago. If you were to set up an appointment it would be with PA. Oh and by the way they charge you for a doctor's appointment.

I have been seeing Dr.Jain for several years, and have never had an issues with the front desk as many have mentioned here. They have always been helpful. Dr.Jain has targeted many issues with my health, that many physicians always dismissed. She really takes the time to listen and offer her advice. She never rushes my visit. Her nurse practitioners have been helpful also.

Dr Jain is very intelligent and a great diagnostician. She reviews test results thoroughly and has innovative solutions. She is caring and follows through, even calling herself if she has concerns. I find her staff to be caring and friendly and they seem to truly be part of the team. I like that Dr Jain is committed to having interns which is a sign of a true professional. Yes, she is busy, but always makes time to see patients quickly if there is a problem.

Great doctor!
Dr Jain is an intelligent, compassionate, experienced, confident and dedicated professional. I have been her patient for 15 years (as well as my mother and children) and she has never disappointed us. We value her knowledge and fully trust her with our health care. She takes time to listen to our concerns, and make sure that we completely understand our diagnosis or procedure.

She is great doctor. She is considerate and she cares for her patients. She does not over precribe medications. She also is not the type a doctor who want you the office every 3 month so they can charge your medical insurance. I recommend her to anyone who wants a good doctor

1. Generally poorly run practice. Still mostly paper based, redundant forms and questions. 2. RN and doctor Ill prepared. Had not reviewed past visit and medical records prior or during consultation leading to confusing, ill advised and uninformed statements easily contradicted by simple review. Shows lack of focus, poor processes. 3. No “human touch” or empathy. Bad Or under informed advice is bad enough until it is provided with machine like delivery. 4. No interest in explaining anything. All skin deep insight with no opportunity for interaction Perhaps soon triage and routine medical visits will be performed by robots. This Doctor kindly wants us to know what it feel like today. Oh, how I miss the warmth of telemedicine. Hard Pass.

I followed Dr. Jain from an urgent care place in Westport. I highly recommend her. She is a good diagnostician and doesn't settle until all avenues have been explored. Plus she is not quick to suggest medication before easier more natural efforts are tried. I agree with the front office comments somewhat, but give the person a pass because she has to deal with sick people. I like Dr. Jain's two PAs - and I like anything that saves her time so she has time to talk to me - I never feel rushed once I'm with her.

Dr. Jain is a great doctor, but her front office staff is seriously a problem. From inexplicably rude behavior when answering the phone to absurdly long "on hold" times, they are generally snippy and seemingly irritated by the most basic questions. I asked for an appointment and was told that the earliest availability was 7 weeks away, then I hung up and called back pretending to be a new client, surprisingly, there was an appointment available the same week. I suggest that Dr. Jain clean house or train the front office staff quickly, before everyone leaves her practice.

I would love to be able to rate the doctor herself, but never got the chance to even schedule. Halfway through trying to schedule as a new patient i was told I needed to be placed on hold. 12min later and I couldn't bear to wait on the phone any longer. Front office needs some customer service training. I don' think doctors realize that their front office is the first point of contact, and it reflects on their practice.

Awful practice. Reception puts you in touch with the Doctor's assistant as opposed to Dr. Jain herself. Also you can't seem to talk with her over phone. Just email. And that's apparently supposed to work quickly. It doesn't. Dr. Jain is impersonal. She's not upfront about what the potential implications could be of your bloodwork. She just sends you for more work and tells you to get a second opinion. The waiting is as brutal as ever with her. It's as disrespectful as it gets as a patient wanting better care and better attentiveness from my doctor. I'll preface this with not being high maintenance, simply wanting to know more. And she seems to know nothing. Because she explains nothing. She just reads the results and moves on. Strongly recommend finding someone else, as I am now.

Dr Jain provides very personalized care and looks at the patient holistically. She is a very good listener. She spends time with patients. If referred to a specialist for an acute issue, she follows closely and follows up with the patient by phone - multiple times if needed. She advocates to ensure you receive the proper care for those acute issues.

I would give Dr. Jain a 5-star review if it weren't for her incompetent front desk staff. Apparently, they need more training. I had to play secretary and track down radiology results that were sent the following day to Dr. Jain's office but couldn't be found for over a week. Then they weren't sent to the surgeon's office as requested and I had to wait over 2 hours to finally have them faxed while I was at the surgeon's office. Her staff also input the wrong insurance ID number.
