Dr. Monica Patel, MD

I think Dr. Patel is a very good doctor. I’ve had a good patient doctor relationship with her. She is friendly and likable. She has, in the past done laser for my eyes in regards to pressure build up which went well. She is very thorough & I trust her. I bring my daughters to her as well. The only criticism I have is with staff and billing. When paying my co-pay in cash, they always ask me if I want a receipt. I don’t see why they just don’t give you a receipt automatically. I say this because a couple months down the line I will then receive a letter saying I owe a co-pay. I will then have to go through calling them and sending proof that I did pay my co-pay. This has happened at least two times. Now if I didn’t have my receipt, I assume they would expect me to pay again. But going back to Dr. Patel, she is still worth going to see.

10 on 10 for everything. Friendly and professional front desk staff, overheard them patient explaining things to patients while waiting to see the doctor. Very friendly and efficient doctor who took the time to explain procedures and answer all questions despite her busy schedule. Smiles and interacts with patients and families well. Would recommend her to anyone seeking a caring physician with excellent clinical skills!

Very unprofessional, rude ignorant illiterate, office staff. We book appointment week ago for 05/26/23 @ 9:45am...we were on our way n received call from her office (block caller id) @ 8:53am. Female started with we need cetain documents which i agree i will arrange no worries that idiot started arguing for no reason n on n on... i told her im driving i will will do as soon i arrive... but i doesn't know which kind of idiots this eye doctor hired...maybe to save some bucks but to lose business? Well better stay away n don't waste your time because eyes are very sensitive but these people are not.....

Dr. Patel has a great manner with her patients. She performed cataract surgery on me, I am 75 years old and my recovery was great. I am able to see alot better now. Fran her medical assistant is also fantastic, she helps with explaining everything. I highly recommend.

Dr. Patel is very well educated and very experienced, she gave me the most thorough examination I have ever received at an eye doctor's office and would definitely recommend her to everyone I know. The office is clean, organized and well managed by Fran who is also very professional, kind and wonderful. Very lucky to have found Dr. Patel.

Dr. Monica Patel is a professional, patient and caring doctor. She recently treated my 72 year old father and was so kind, thoughtful and thorough with my dad. Her explanations were clear and my father felt at ease. I would highly recommend her to other patients - especially those with elder parents. And I am also going to make her my doctor after seeing her treat my father. Additionally her office was well run and efficient.
