I'm a new patient and this was a last minute visit. The front desk/scheduling assistant was phenomenal. She was extremely accommodating and pleasant. 5 stars for customer service which set the tone for the entire experience. She sent me the new patient forms so that I could look them over and complete them and cut out the extra waiting time. Once I got to the office, I was seen within 5 minutes. The nurses took my vitals verified my information. I waited a bit for my doctor, but it was definitely worth it. Dr. Pinglo patiently listened to my issue and make all the notes in my chart. She was open to providing me with any information I needed to move forward with my insurance and referrals. When we finished she walked me to the front to checkout and bid me farewell. The checkout was seamless and the assistants provided me with all the written information I needed and scheduled my follow-up. Great experience and excellent customer service.
