Aside from Dr. Valentin being extremely personable she was very knowledgeable and forthright with that knowledge without having to be asked. I came in for a full body screen. I have a prior history of suspect moles. She provided so much information about what that history meant relative to my age and skin that no prior doctor has ever informed me of. She explained everything she saw and why she was recommending various next steps and future followups.

No help at all
Terrible doctor. Does not help you determine cause of your problem. Asks if you have insurance and dismisses you if you don't. You only get one question per visit with her and then she wants you out. After she negates your suspected issue she is not interested in helping you determine what the source may be or how to address it. She seems to think her only job is to tell you that your issue is not what you thought and then tell you to leave. She has no interest in investigating your problem. Waste of money. You only get about 5 minutes of her time for your money and most of that is spent with some orderly who runs back and forth to her because she can't be in the same room with you for longer than she absolutely has to. Ridiculous excuse for a doctor.

On March 20th I was examined by Dr. Valentin with a severe skin infection on my face and back. This issue has been a problem for me for many years now. This infection starts out as a small set of pimples deep in the skin. They quickly, (within days)., expand in size and volume until they rupture. Then for 2 months, it will bleed and drain puss. After that time the healing starts and takes another month. This leaves big scars all over my back, chest and now most recently, my face. Dr. Valentin prescribes me the minimum amount of medication, (Isotretinoin is supposed to be taken 2 times a day. Dr has me take me 1 a day, which is not nearly enough. Ignoring all of the facts that it is not working. And at the same time, my acne is getting worse. A lot worse. As all doctors know that Isotretinoin to be taken 2 times a day. It's all over the internet, too. Everyone knows this. My doctor knows this and deliberately under prescribed my medication, in order for this to get worse...,

I go to Dr. Valentin for Botox and fillers, I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else. I never look overdone, still look like me just better. She also takes her time and discusses options with you. I ask a lot of questions and she doesn’t mind...does a great job educating this patient!
