ONE YEAR WASTED waiting, get another DR. I visited her Rancho Cucamonga office on May 5th 2023 for the first time, continued with what she required from me until August5, I accepted to be scheduled for surgery. Tina in charge of scheduling, called me back after 1 and a half month explained to me how everything was supposed to be(med. procedure, ins. paperwork, hospital, etc.) I waited until November, nobody called. I reached to the office again and Tina said that she never talked to me and. I was not on any waiting list. I reminded her about our conversation back on September 15 where she put me on waiting list. She put me again, same conversation, got another date on waiting list, same thing happened, nobody returned calls, they don’t care about the health of the patients. I been on the waiting list over and over again. It is April 29, 24 and still I don’t hear anything from the such assistant Tina. I even left a message for the office manager Cristina, never called back.

First, I was taken in more than 30 minutes after my appointment time. Second, I was not able to have my well woman exam because of being on my period. This is where the real trouble started. I guess when you don’t have the exam when you are supposed to it messes up the coding for the appointment. This apparently pissed Dr. Valenzuela off. When she came to see me in the room she was cold, militant, and visibly angry. I could tell she was taking out her frustrations on me. I felt terrible during the entire visit. The sad part is that I came to her over a year ago and really liked her. This is why I had come back to see her. I have a complicated medical issue and she seemed like she wanted to help me in that initial appointment. It was like speaking to an entirely different person this time. I won’t ever come back. I felt so demoralized when I left.

Care for Womens Medical Group has been extremely unhelpful over the past few weeks. My wife needs documentation for maternity leave signed by her doctor. The doctors say they don't deal with forms. They say to talk to Monica (in disability). When my wife spoke to Monica, she was extremely rude, refused to help, and neglected to wear a mask (in spite of the ongoing pandemic). My wife has already had to wait two weeks for a signature, and they say it will take two more weeks, even though she has weekly appointments.

I went to Dr. Valenzuela in February for the first time. I was there for my annual exam, and then scheduled a tubal ligation and everything from start to finish was excellent customer service. The office and doctor are high reliability organizations and I was extremely satisfied with the level of care provided.

Dr Valenzuela is professional, kind, knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable with all my questions and problems. She was my Dr before I was on Medicare and I had to quit until their office became Medicare providers. Just in time for the surgery I needed. Very glad she is my Dr again.
