Good Doctor
I saw one of the previous reviews and saw that he has very soon appointments. There were actually 2 the next day. I needed to see someone quickly because I've had skin cancer before and my old dermatologist retired. All the other dermatologists in my area were booked for months, so I needed my issue addressed because something on my skin looked like another cancer scare. The fact that he had an opening the next day was convenient, I don't want to wait months and find out this cancer has grown during that time. It could be deadly. He took a skin biopsy that day, and luckily the results came back negative. For problems that may need immediate attention, I highly recommend him. Seems like a nice guy too.

Did the job
I had a small pimple in the skin under one of my eyes where your eye bags are, and it was there for months and wouldn't go away, and even might have started getting bigger. He removed the pus under some special procedure that took about 10 minutes, then gave me the name of a cream to buy at the pharmacy to prevent it from coming back while it was healing. He did the job. What is convenient about this office is that you can get sometimes a next day appointment (at least I was able to) instead of waiting 2 months like some other doctors make you wait because they have no time slots.

I had a furuncle that I showed to Dr. Mackey. I consulted with him because my primary would not do anything about it. Dr. Mackey sent me home with doxycycline. Now it has gotten worse from a pea size to about five times bigger and painful. It is now a carbuncle. I specifically asked him if he can drain it and told me that I need a surgeon for that. This is a skin condition.
