Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable
I recently had a cervical spinal fusion for a C5 - C6 herniation. Prior to that, I had been having very severe pain episodes causing horrible muscle pain and spasms spanning from the base of my skull down my neck and back that left me so incapacitated that I’d have to be taken to the ER by an ambulance since I would lose the ability to walk. Needless to say, it has been a rough couple of months. Dr. Smith was incredibly friendly and inspired me to keep a positive attitude amidst my struggles. He helped me problem solve solutions for my care and was sure to let me know he was only a phone call away which was super reassuring. You can tell he really cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does.
