Misreads results, dismissive, and hung up on me
Telehealth
I met with him yesterday through teledoc and he was absolutely horrible. He misread my test results out of the wrong column and didn't give me any medicine for my infection (shown in the test results). He was very dismissive and ended up hanging up on me towards the end so I reported him. He is the worst doctor I've ever talked to.

Horrible
Telehealth
He is not helpful at all. I almost fainted and told him all the conditions I had, he just said he can't help me and asked me to go somewhere else. Quit your job if you don't like it. Wasted my time.

Incredibly rude!
Telehealth
I have used teledoc a couple of times and this is by far the worst experience. The provider Moris B Girgis was so incredibly dismissive. He argued with me about symptoms. I am 40 year old woman who has had a only a couple of UTIs over my entire lifetime and he dismissed me and would not listen to me when I said I couldn't take sulfa. I had to ask him repeatedly for information and clarity. He was so rude in his tone and attitude. I told him I couldn't take sulfa drugs, he asked if I listed it as an allergy. I told him my hospital record has it listed but I may not have updated teledoc. I did so immediately after the call.He was so absolutely rude that I am crying right now. The appointment was recorded& I requested someone to listen to it. I have never been so blown off by a doctor before. His hostility &disregard was evident and unappreciated. Now he said he was sending an antibiotic to the pharmacy I can't even take& refused to discuss any other antibiotic. He hung up on me.

No bedside manner!
Worst doctor we've ever dealt with. Do not even try to go to him. Also their staff is the worst! They do not care about their patients at all, they are quick when it comes to money/copays but will make you wait weeks for a simple prescription for an existing medication. Worst place to go! Stay Away!

Lack of Listening
This guy called me on Teladoc and refused to listen to me or answer questions. He was more interested in lecturing and insulting me than helping. Seems like he should learn to talk to patients if he really wants to help.

I think that Dr. Moris is a caring doctor, but they way he delivers the message, comes across as abrasive. it could be difficult to understand him at times because of his strong Egyptian accent. One good thing to say about this practice which he runs with his wife is that it's pretty easy to get an appt and that they draw blood there so you don't have to go to the lab. The staff isn't the friendliest, but they aren't the worst either.

He is an excellent Doctor. Other reviews are flat out wrong. In past I bounced around looking for the right doctor and I settled on Doctor Girgis 4 years ago. He is disciplined and straight forward.

I changed my old doctor and went to him with my friend's refer. He is one worse guy. I told I have pain, he asked me what I want. I answered you are doctor that's why i came, I want my full treatment and want to be free from pain. But he says if I go for MRI then I need surgery, other better way also he hasn't then he is not giving any summary clue. He seems experience but overall he is worse and he does not know anything. My suggestion do not waste your time to go for treatment.

The doctors are fine but they have terrible business practices. I came to receive a vaccination before vacation and the staff happily informed me it would cost $100, but they did not inform me until after the visit that the consultation would also cost $100. This is completely unacceptable business. You should inform someone before services are rendered of the cost. It was incredibly sneaky and I cannot believe they have survived this long with such underhanded practices.

The office staff is by far the WORST that I have ever dealt with. Incompetence runs rampant, no follow ups by the staff, they are always trying to get you to come in so they can charge the insurance company an office visit and they state that it is protocol, and lie to you when you ask about pre-authorization phone calls made to the insurance company. The wait times are extremely excessive and their priority is to the walk in patients not patients with appointments. Steer clear!!
