They badmouth you, the patient
Telehealth
As bad as they are in the office, they are worse at home, spewing all sorts of nastiness toward their patients and to anyone unfortunate enough to be in their presence. They abused their children and have untreated/undiagnosed mental illnesses themselves, including narcissism. You weren't confused -- he (and she) gaslit you. He is now mercifully retired, until she puts him in the grave.

I think Mrs Pardo runs a tight ship but i do not find her mean or rude Dr. Pardo has a lot of experience , I worked as a psychiatric nurse in a hospital where he practiced. Most physicians do charge if you miss an appt. Or maybe canceled it in short notice. That is not unusual . I have recommended the office to many people.

Dr. Moris Pardo has over 40 years experience as a Psychiatrist. He is a valuable, respectable, and one of the few Psychiatrists in Springfield, MA. He prefers not to prescribe highly addictive or dangerous meds. and helps patients wean off of such meds. Many of his patients have been stabilized from serious mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia, Paranoia, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Depression, Bipolar, etc.

Dr. Pardo's receptionist who is rude, unpleasant and disrespectful I'd his wife and her name is Isabell. I told her that she was mean and she said yes and that she is the queen of mean. Stay away if you can because she can cause a mental health client to get upset easily someone who is already anxious and not doing well emotionally. Dr. Pardo well...

Dr. Pardo's office is run by his wife. She is rude and controls who he speaks to and is the gatekeeper to appointments. As a longtime patient, in need of his services, she denied me access to speak to him during an emergency. I realized over the years, Dr. Pardo will not go against his wife, but never realized he would continue this behavior at the expense of his patient's health. I have stated a formal complaint against him with the Massachusetts Medical Board.

I became a patient of Dr. Pardo's recently and after a handful of visits do not intend to go back. The receptionist is one of the most unprofessional and rudest people I have worked with in a doctor's office setting, and her way of speaking with myself and other clients that I witnessed was inappropriate. I had concerns about the treatment I was given and was dismissed and not taken seriously. I will not be returning.

I personally am not a patient of Dr. Moris Pardo but I was recently in bringing a client of mine. The receptionist was rude and unkind. I did not appreciate the manner in which she spoke to my client. My client was trying to explain an important matter to her, and she would not listen. I then involved myself in the conversation because I noticed my client become upset and anxious. The receptionist then began questioning me and who I was. Afterwards she proceeded with "its not my problem "
