If he treats all patients the way he treated my sister while she was pregnant, he has no business practicing medicine. When he was in Red Bay, my sister took an ambulance from our parents house to the Red Bay hospital ER due to severe abdominal pain. He wouldn't even check her blood pressure, and instead chastised her for taking an ambulance, and threatened to contact DHR because she had done so. She was around seven months pregnant at the time. Cochran said she should have transportation ready at all times, which she did. She was unable to drive herself to the ER, and her other children weren't old enough to drive yet, so she took the only other option. My wife and I picked her up after she called us crying. Turns out, she was passing a kidney stone, and wasn't even checked out, but rather chastised and threatened. His license should never have been reinstated.
