I went in with extreme dry hands and thought it was an allergic reaction to something I’d been using. Not what I was expecting from a doctor. He asked me how often I washed my hands and I told him probably thirty times a day. He chuckled and suggested that I wash them 3 times. Not funny to me. Would never return.

Dr. Albert is the best dermatologist I’ve been to in the Northern Virginia area and I’ve been his patient now for 5 or 6 years. Very knowledgeable and experienced, with excellent doctor and office manners. Dr. Albert is one of my favorite doctors. I see him once or twice a year for pre-skin cancer treatments and other skin issues.

Always excellent service have been a patient for 30 years.

I have been seeing Dr. Albert regularly since 1993. I had Basal Cell Skin Cancer in '95 at age 34 that he spotted early and removed from my face, 6 stitches on the front of my cheek, and even I can't find the scar.

Changed my life and I only have to see him once a month For follow up and if there’s any changes in my condition

Dr Albert is a reliable and knowledgeable practitioner, who has treated me and resolved various conditions with excellent results. He is personally very smart and professionally up to date with high-tech equipment. A pleasant man with whom to interact and a trustworthy physician. I feel fortunate to be his patient.

Absolutely terrible. Incompetent. Can't handle a simple prescription. Unresponsive over the phone. Dismissive to patients. You don't actually get to see Dr. Albert. You see some young lady who demands that you come back after three weeks without reason. And says that they must do a biopsy if one medication doesn't work. That's absolutely ridiculous. I'll never waste my time and money to get biopsy over a simple problem like this. But they're too incompetent to solve the problem otherwise.

I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Albert and this after his office told me to come in early to fill out paperwork. He then spent less than 5 minutes with me with no discussion of my concerns and proceeded to prescribe me two medications that I'm allergic to. I always make sure to highlight my allergies on the paperwork. I do not recommend Dr Moses as a competent doctor.

Poor customer service. I showed up 5 minutes early for my 12:15 appointment and was skipped over twice for other patients. The first patient was 20 minutes late and seen right away! Then they saw another patient who arrived 20 minutes after I did. I waited 3 months for this scheduled appointment and had to leave the office without being seen because I had to get back to work.
